to the current Covid-19 situation, delivery times to the countries listed above
may take longer than usual.

All shipments sent outside the European Union, may be subject to duties and taxes.
The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs
authorities.

Hazanah.com is no responsible for any delay in delivery because
of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural
disaster, or severe winter storm.

Returns

Ordered the wrong size or color? Items ordered at
Hazanah.com can be returned within 14 days. Sale items are excluded
for returns and can be exchanged only. Please note that the costs for returning
the order are for the buyer. We’ll gladly accept
unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return. The
unworn items should be returned with price tag and labels attached, in original
packaging. Returns are processed in the order
they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to
be processed once received at our warehouse.

To return your order please follow these steps:

1.   Send us an email to info@hazanah.com with your order number and
reason for return.

2.   We will e-mail you a return form. Fill out
the information on the return form and add this in to return package

3.   The unworn items should be returned with
price tag and labels attached, in original packaging, within 14 days.

4.   Items must be in
original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.

5.   We advise to send the package with track
& trace option. Buyers who wish to return the item are responsible for
returning the product to us and the additional costs.
In case an item is damaged when received, the
buyer should inform us immediately (within 24 hours) by email or phone. We will
give further instructions. We will carefully check the returned items and in
case the damage has not been caused by the buyer, we will offer a suitable solution.
We always try our best to help you quickly and thoroughly.

Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. Any costs caused by late return will be charged
to the buyer.
